Shipping

  • We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of ordering via fully electric courier on a next day DPD tracked service.

  • Whilst we have tried our upmost to ensure that our shipping charges are accurate online, there may be times that the shipping costs are higher than we have quoted for due to the weight of the parcel. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel the order if not enough monies have been paid, but prior to doing so, we will get in touch to let you know the cost and give you the choice to pay extra to cover the actual shipping cost.

    We will send all international orders via a tracked courier service and using the quickest, most reliable and sustainable service possible. Please note that the courier service will differ from country to country.

    Shipping to Europe and Internationally will be subject to duties and taxes which you will be liable for, and refusing this payment once the item has been sent will lead to additional charges that you will also be liable for. Please only order from us if you are happy to pay these additional costs.

  • We offer free local delivery to our Notting Hill area, Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Returns

We offer a full refund or exchange for any products bought online providing that they are shipped back to us in original condition within 14 days.

Please contact us via email in advance of returning any orders, so that we know to expect these and can provide the best return address at the time - hello@studiobyferni.com 

Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return so that we can locate your order and make any refunds as quickly as possible. Please provide any additional information such as if you would prefer an exchange along with this where needed.

Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase. Shipping costs, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. 

After the 14 day period a credit note will be offered within 28 days of purchase. We cannot accept items for returns or exchange after 28 days of the order being delivered to you.

We really appreciate not being put in a difficult position by asking for a refund/exchange outside of the 14/28 day period.
